Originally from St. Louis, I grew up in a strong Midwest and moral family who taught me right from wrong, and to stand up for my rights and the rights of others. In these tough times, you need an advocate on your side. Why do I practice law? Often, people are facing seemingly insurmountable opposition with little or no perceived ability to overcome great odds. It is my position that we should all be fighting for those who find themselves alone, afraid, and at times unpopular. I subscribe to the notion that a society is judged by how it treats its most vulnerable members. I represent, and I fight for, those people.
My areas of practice include Trial Work, Criminal Defense, Felony, Misdemeanor, State, Federal, and Tribal Native American Court Practice. I represent people who face insurmountable odds, people who are being accused by the government, and people who need help leveling the playing field. J.D. – Campbell University 1999, M.S – Indiana State University 1996, B.S. Indiana State University 1994; Licensed in Washington State and Missouri, US Federal Court Western Washington and US Federal Court Eastern District of Missouri, Graduate of the National College Criminal Defense.
